Typically it's suggested that your anchor point is 7 to 9 ft high, but you can't always get that. Ideally you can get it high enough to have 3 inches between the bottom of the foot cradle and the floor when they're fully extended. The strap lengths as described here are guidelines, but you gotta work with the area you have right. Hope that helps!
