This 20-minute low-intensity cycling workout is a great way to do that while still giving your muscles the relief they need. Riding to an ultimate mix-up of country and hip-hop tunes, you control the gear, making this ride as easy (like if you’re coming back from a break in your fitness program) or as difficult as your body needs.
