I wanted to take a class for new beginners as so important to let people know how to set the bikes up and what to expect. This video has prompted me to put one together for those newbies who would like to give it a go but have no confidence thankyou

This has helped me somewhat. I must be doing something wrong as I don’t get the burn you talk about. I feel it in my calves though – any tips? I struggle with understanding the circular motion you discuss. I really want to perfect the technique. However, despite this, I am definitely stronger in my back and core but at 63 I have to be realistic. Thank you, both, for your instruction. A, Oz

I wonder if you might be riding on your toes too much. It’s a little hard for me to say without seeing you, but try to pay attention to that and keep your heels dropped and see if it helps.
