15 Min Upper-Body Burn

Here’s your chance to tone that top half, TRX style! All you need is 15 minutes and your TRX straps for one of the best upper-body TRX classes out there. Keeping it simple, Mere W leads you through 4 rounds of 4 TRXercises that’ll make your arms, back, shoulders, and core scream (just like we all did in studio when we thought we were only doing 3 rounds – W called it the “icing on the cake” round!). Grab your straps and let’s get it done!

Warm-Up Option #2
20 Jumping jacks
20 Bodyweight Squats
20 Alternating forward lunges
20 arm circles- 10 large / 10 small
Repeat 2-4 times
Warm-Up Option #3
Set a timer for 30 seconds for 10 rounds
1. Jog in Place
2. Butt kickers
3. Squats
4. Mountain climbers
5. Push ups
Repeat twice for a total of 5 mins
