Class Description
Ab Attack! 20 solid minutes devoted to carving up the abs & overall core strengthening. Strong Core=Strong Body. Using just you’re own body weight (no equipment needed) you’re going to experience the coveted “hurts so… so good!” feeling we all love. You might be surprised when you break a sweat “just” doing abs, by the way. Yep, that’s what we do. Git it!
