30 Minute Leg Day with Trainer Tammy
Equipment: Dumbbells / Resistance Band
If you are looking to strengthen and tone your legs and butt, this is the Leg Day Workout for you. Join Tammy in doing 3 sets of 8 – 10 reps, concentrating on all lower body. Tammy likes to allow for a longer rest in between sets, allowing you to reach full potential each time you perform your reps. You will need a band (Tammy uses a Booty Band, but any will do or you can go without), mat, chair, and a set of dumbbells (or not). This is a great burn, so be sure to stretch after!!!
