Upper Body Weighted Workout with Sherry consists of using challenging dumbbells to perform an exercise for one minute, recovering for 10 seconds, before moving on to the next. Great way to get your weighted resistance in without going into the weight room. Sculpting and toning throughout the class, so be sure to have 2 or 3 sets of dumbbells so you are selecting the appropriate weight for you. Have a bench and/or a mat handy for your floor work.
