Back and Bicep 30 Minute Work with Trainer Tammy
Equipment: Dumbbells
In this session with Trainer Tammy, you will be working your Back and Biceps. If you have a resistance band, Tammy will warm you up with that, or you can just use the dumbbells of your choice. Tammy will then lead you through groups of 2 or 3 sets of 8 – 20 reps, using your body weight and/or dumbbells of your choice. Tammy likes a longer rest period (30 seconds) to prepare you for the next set – and while you are resting, listen to her Coaching tips. Tammy also has some great suggestions for modifications of each exercise.
