This is a great workout because it needs no toys and can be 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 45 minutes long! You will warm up for 5 minutes with Kelly, then do 10 exercises 10 times each, for a 15 minute workout. Want to go longer? Do the 5 minute cardio warm up again, then repeat the 10 exercises 10 times. Feeling a LOT of energy today? Do the whole thing again. This body weight workout will leave you sweaty and breathless!
