This is a 60 minute class for all ages and abilities. We do one exercise for one minute and then change to another for the next minute…. and so on. You can do anything for a minute!! There are no rest breaks built in during this workout, so go at your own pace and take a break when you need it. We are using a chair, dumbbells, ankle weight, and Bender Ball… if you don’t have these tools, you ABSOLUTELY can still do the workout and know you have done something… every minute on the minute!!!
