I love the slower pace of this workout. Great focus on form and recovery. Somehow relaxing while hard at the same time depending on your weight choices. Great design, AJ.

This class was perfect from warmup to cool down and everything in between. The best part about AJs classes besides everything is the focus on straightforward exercises that keep the body in proper planes so that you don’t injure yourself.
Music selection was also great and the hour flew by. Thank you!!!

AJ, thank you for this Class love it very much. I wish they could make a class for a gal like me who cannot do squats for the love of cheese! My knees are so bad and wonky that I hurt myself each and every time I try to do squats I don’t know why. I’ve even went on YouTube for tutorial and that didn’t help so I wear knee bands every time I exercise. I love Fitness and I wanna stay in shape. Can you create a workout that has very minimal squats or a different method of getting muscle definition around back if you know what I mean without doing a traditional squat. Help help help love the class.

Loved the slow and controlled moves, the focused rests in between, the extra long warmup, and the cool down. Just what I wanted today. And I had a crazy high calorie burn! Thanks AJ! Great format! Great playlist too! 😀

Wow, what a great class! I loved the variety of moves, fantastic music, and the great stretch at the end. I also just wanted to say AJ is right about the San Diego Zoo. That place is amazing!

I love AJ and was waiting for this class all week! Some exercises i could go heavy (for that exercise). This is a great workout for mid to end of the week when you want a good all body workout but don’t want to lift heavy again.

Sadly my bike has been broken for a few months and while waiting to afford a new one have been focusing on strength. Imagine my delight when I see a new hour long AJ lift drop! Great work out that you can easily progress by increasing weights.Thank you AJ!!!!!

I really liked this workout a lot. It strengthened every muscle in my body and I feel amazing. I particularly liked the gorilla rows but definitely needed that break between sets. Thanks for another great one, A.J.!
