Class Description
POWER! All you need is a couple sets of weights & a good attitude. In the end you’ll hit EVERYTHING on that body & you’ll feel it the next day, but it’s a hurts so good! Feel accomplished when it’s over because you’ll have knocked out 100 sit-ups & 50 push-ups. And that’s just the bonus fun!
