We do get it done though diving right into a killer body sculpting strength & endurance circuit, where your trainer has you add on one challenging exercise at a time for five sets in a ‘Wake that Body Up!’ starter drill. Then push your mind and body to the brink with easy to follow strength sets infused with short plyometric cardio bursts to keep you in your fat burning zone as the lean body mass is being developed. Leave it all on the field and enjoy the results!
