Want a way to test your own strength and endurance, record progress, and feel like a champion?! Well then this is the Cross Training WOD (Workout Of the Day) for you! Four rounds of 4 functional exercises – 45 seconds each to see how many you can do with good form. The goal? To try and beat your last number… but remember, it’s all about QUALITY over QUANTITY. Don’t compromise that form for your number!
We’ll finish this awesome WOD with a heart pumping Tabata drill. Sound too hard?! Well it’s all about your level! There are options for all fitness levels, making this a great Cross Training workout for beginners and the hard core alike, and you do what you can, k! Before you know it, you’ll be doing all the exercises at advance level! Let’s pump it up.

If you want killer legs, this is the lower-body strength session for you. In fact, it’s a really great leg class for skiers, snowboarders, or watersport athletes to get conditioned before destroying the mountain or the wake. Trainer Mike W is going to move you non-stop to the beat, working up two progressively harder peaks. Playing with each rep’s speed, the focus is on your muscles’ time under tension, creating little micro-tears that build back stronger. Pop it like a squat!
This workout does not include a cool-down, but we have some great options here!

Once you’re all warmed up, it’s GO TIME! Go, Go, GO in this fast-paced, SWEAT-y treadmill and sculpt workout (with a Spin bike option!) that packs in intervals of killer cardio with full-body, muscle-toning dumbbell work. On the tread/bike, you’ll push through hill-repeaters or resistance and cadence push sets. Quickly hopping off the tread/bike, you’ll knock out 50-second power-building sets with short transitions. The pace is set, let’s goooo!
Format: Dynamic floor warm-up, then alternating cardio+sculpt+cardio+sculpt+cardio, followed by a cool-down stretch.

Tabata = 20 tough working seconds, to 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds. That is the true Tabata style, and we’re gonna keep it true in this fast, full body strength workout.
You’re given the option to grab REALLY heavy dumbbells, or moderate to light. The choice is yours, but the lighter your weights are the faster you best be moving, or you are NOT gonna get the same workout I did! This is a killer arm workout, but the legs, glutes, lungs, and abs all get their fair share on “love”. Remember, you can do anything for 20 seconds, so don’t start late or stop early. Be determined to do your best in this interval class and you’ll be feeling G-U-D good when you’re done.
