This Intermediate Athletic Step Class is good for anyone who wants to get their heart rate up AND work the lower body in a legit manner! This is not a dance-based class but rather simple moves that are big and bold. Sherry did this class on a high bench and burnt over 500 calories! There are plyometrics at the end, so hang on!
