Beginner Step Class with Sherry
Equipment: Aerobic Step
This 30-minute Step Class will get you started into the Step Aerobic World. (This is also a great class to get your step requirement in for the day – you can stay right on the floor and do the workout!) Grab a Step/Riser – make sure to check the height of the step to make sure it is appropriate for you. Sherry will take you through 2 very basic steps: Basic Step and V-Step. Once you have that mastered, you can move onto Corner to Corner Steps, and then a Basic March Step on and off the Bench. If you are just starting out, do a bit more each time you try this class, and soon, you will be up to the full 30 minutes.
