Join one of our Army’s Finest in this playing card workout! This 50 minute class starts with a warm up, followed by the Luck of the Draw! Grab a deck of cards, copy the exercises shown (you can download the list by clicking HERE), and pace yourself to some great music. All exercises are shown by class participants as they draw their card and find the work on their workout sheet. Some great modifications are shown as well.
