    30 Min Stable Strength Workout

    Stable isolation is a great, safe way to build strong muscles. This low-impact weight lifting workout emphasizes body stability through simple single-sided moves. Reps go from 12 to 10 to 8, so you really can challenge yourself to go extra heavy with your weights. Grab those dumbbells, stabilize, and let’s lift!

    You’re gonna want to sit down for this one, friends! We’re not kidding. This is a no weight-bearing, all seated cardio workout where you get some upper-body sculpting as a bonus. We’re calling it a “chardio” (chair-cardio) workout that focuses on strength and mobility. This is so great for anyone recovering from an injury or procedure limiting activities, as well as for any active aging adults…or anyone that just wants to have fun hanging with Cat and Brian.     Pregnant Power Sculpt

    SSoD Trainer Jess is here with a strength training workout that’s good for when you’re pregnant or just looking for some low-impact power! It’s a great way to stay strong and tone while pregnant though, that’s for sure. Just grab the appropriate weight for your personal level and get ready for 5 low-impact, body-sculpting circuits. Jess even includes some functional moves like simulating grabbing a toddler off the floor. Hit play for this super fun power pump!

    15-Min Kid’s Energy Release

    The goal of this video game-themed fitness class for kids is to use your fitness superpowers to work through 4 levels of challenges. Your badges will be 1) Energy Release 2) Fun 3) Team Work, and if you beat the bad guys who are trying to defeat you, 4) Victor! You’ll do things like jump over objects, duck under items thrown at you, hop on Lily Pads over water, lay low to hide out, jump high to earn “power-ups”, and run real fast in place. And… to finish, you’ll unleash a “secret weapon” to claim victory and get your team across the finish line to safety.

    Endurance Bootcamp for Active Older Adults

    No matter your age or fitness level, we want to keep you moving. This strength & endurance-focused workout class for older adults (or anyone in the mood for a lower to moderate intensity fitness class) is a great way to do that. The class can be as tough or as easy as you want to make it. For the workout, grab a chair for balance and dumbbells if you have them, but Jess will also give you bodyweight-only options. Try this one to prove age is just a number.
