Class Description
It’s gotta be you vs. you in this hour long high-calorie burn Spin class! We start with a 10-minute warm-up to prepare your body for 2 all-out HIIT cycling drills that are done in the form of loops. We’ll do 1 loop, then hit the floor for a 9-minute ab burner where your legs and lungs have a chance to refuel before we tackle loop 2 on the bike. It’s tough. So are you. Get after it!
