This amazing spinning class and core workout is about taking your fitness to the next level.
To get you warmed up we begin with interval training, broken up by two quick 4 minute floor sets that focus on glute strength and explosive power. Then the rest is all in the saddle with some sweet sprints, a power loading set, a little Tabata, and even some draft racing! And then we enter into my favorite part of this ride… a 23 minute hill conquering climbing drill where just when it starts to feel like you’re gonna fade, I remind you to just focus on the minute that we’re in. I promise, it does the trick and you’ll feel so accomplished when you reach the top. Let’s ride.
