After we’ve crushed that mountain, spin it out on a flat road before moving briefly to the floor for some killer standing core work – where we sneak in a little booty work too! Back to the ride again for some stacked intervals, where we really torch some calories and work on cardio endurance. Those intervals continue as we finish on the floor to really carve up those abs. Let’s hit it!
