Light up your disco ball because this Disco Spin Session with Built-In Body-Sculpting Floor Drills is a sweat-style party! First we party pedal on the bike where we’ll cycle through a variety of cardio-cranking drills. Then we pump up the upper-body on the floor with Olga-style 1 and ½ reps (you’ll learn what that means, but it’s kind of like the disco era where it makes the burn just a little “extra”). Then we repeat that, except for round 2 we tackle the lower-body on the floor. Press play and feel the fever!
