Equipment Needed

- Hand Towel
- Heart Rate Monitor (Optional)
- Any Indoor Cycling Bike
- Set of Medium dumbbells (example for ladies 3 to 6 lbs & guys 6-10 lbs)
- Set of Heavier dumbbells (example for ladies 6 to 10 lbs & guys 8-20 lbs)
- Resistance Band with Handles (only needed for select classes)
Class Description
This workout can be described with one word… FAST! We move fast both on and off the bike with quick paced music for a maximum caloric burn. Class leader and Ironwoman, Rebecca, says, “Even climbing we push the pace and intensity!”. And as if that’s not enough, it goes by fast too! Blink and it’s over! With multiple short dismounts, aimed at building full body lean mass, it leaves you feeling energized and ready for your day! Simply awesome.
