Get that body moving cause once we start, we don’t stop for this entire breathtaking, fat-torchin Sculpt and Cycle workout!
After our warmup, it’s right to a hill. We do these really fun runs to the top before popping off the bike for a quick Tabata strength set. We then transition into longer intervals of compound movements to lengthen and lean up those muscles, but the cranking cardio isn’t over! Next we hop back on the bike for some more hill climbs and a final drill that you’ll need to dig deep on! In the final moments of class we circle back to another sculpting Tabata set and compound exercises to put the blitz polish on those muscles. Can’t wait. Press play already!
