Working it OUT to the best of one of our faves we get DRENCHED! The rides are intense w/ lean muscle building climbs & intervals. Then hit the floor & picture an Arnold Press, followed by a Front Squat, then teaming them up. Nice! The abs are where you might feel it the most though, or maybe the booty, or the shoulders… shoot, it’s just all those and more. Get on that Suit & Tie and let’s get it sweaty!
