- Resistance Band with Handles (only needed for select classes)
Class Description
Time to SWEAT. Seated, standing and jumping we climb, climb, climb, which equals burn, burn, burn . After about 30 minutes of fat burning, leg sculpting riding we’ll hit the floor for compound dynamic exercises that are going to build solid lean body mass, while keeping your heart rate up so the calorie crushing continues. You’re gonna love it and hate it at the same time. RESULTS.
