This ride might be quick, but it ain’t easy. We focus a lot on our climbing strength and endurance, but, of course, we bust out a few sprints too! It’s what Bethany does! A very well rounded ride that will leave your legs the perfect amount of fatigued, and your body dripping with SWEAT!
