Equipment: Indoor Cycling Bike
This class is like a 30 minute intense cardio concert. Each song stands on its own, but when pieced together, it’s a SWEATastic masterpiece. No fat cells are safe as we work through jumps, accelerations, digs, climbs, and sprints.
But I haven’t even mentioned the best part… Just like a good concert, we save the best for last. The final 4×4 drill, designed by Master Mike (and “borrowed” for use by Brian) is the perfect dismount from this calorie-scorching ride!
