I might be tempted to call this ride “Spinning to Angry Music”. And there are days where that’s just what the doctor ordered, right!? It’s got a lot of endurance training in the yellow/orange zone, sandwiched between interval drills where you’ll go red zone. It’s just a killer cycle class.
