Climb, Sprint, Jump. It’s really as simple as that as we ride for PRIDE in one of the best online Spinning classes EVER! We ride in honor of all our differences, celebrating acceptance, love, and joy. It’s broken down into 3 drills: 1) Endurance Climb Ladder Drill, 2) Sprint Ladder Drill, 3) Jump Ladder Drill. Add a little bonus “Don’t Stop Me Now” finisher and you’ll be feeling… invigorated. Let’s ride, ride for pride!
