This class seems like it’s over as quickly as it starts, but you’re gonna break a sweat and feel the burn! Strap your shoes on tight because right after a quick warm up we take the heart rate up to 80-90% max right away as we ride into intense sprints and paced jumps. That’ll jump start the heart so we’re in the zone as we move into a steady climb to the top . Then it’s over. Nice, right!?!
