Equipment: Indoor Cycling Bike
A 40 minute calorie killer on the bike- starting on fresh legs with a heavy Tabata sprint drill then working at threshold for 3 minutes, then 2 minutes then down to 1 minute at a constant cadence… then guess what? We’re gonna do it all over again! Next time around though, those Tabata sprints won’t be on fresh legs 😉 Good times!
