Welcome to my favorite workout of all time – I call it PRIME CLIMB… 2! The first Prime Climb workout was so wildly popular that I was compelled to bring you a sequel.
In this amazing 40 Minute Spin Class, we’re climbing with our legs timed to the beat of the music for pretty much 30 minutes straight. I know, I know, that sounds so hard, but that’s not how you should look at it. It’s an incredible accomplishment and you CAN do it.
In the first Prime Climb, we went from shorter, steeper hills, to longer, flatter hills. In this one we flip that – starting with longer, flatter hills, then ending with shorter, steeper grades. Life’s a climb, so let’s start trekking.

This ride is about variety. We’re doing shorter, more upbeat songs, which allows for multiple moves on the bike. This is in an effort to put some fun back into our fitness! Cycling can be hard, but it should always be something you enjoy! Once you begin to crave the feeling of power from legs that ache, you understand how addicting riding can be! The good time starts here and now!

Triple play time people! This incredible cardio workout is made up of a hill climb, a Tabata drill, and a flat fast road, all repeated throughout this awesome StraightUpSPIN® class. So get ready to push your limits and crush some calories.
The triple play changes each round by the way, but the basis always stays the same – a killer hill, a fat frying Tabata drill, and a leg burning flat; the changes keep your body guessing and provide a major physical, as well as mental, challenge. Drive yourself to complete each part of the triple play to the best of your ability. You got this!

50 Minute Ride. Have you ever had one of those days where you’re just in a funk? Where your attitude just kind of sucks and your mood is, well simply said, bad? THAT is when you want to take this class, because unless you’re a robot that can’t feel emotion, this class is gonna lift you right out of that funk and into a good mood. And if you’re already feeling happy, you can get in on this too! It’s just gonna make you feel even better!
And, here’s the sneaky part – when it’s done, and without even realizing what happened, you’re gonna pop off that bike and into the puddle of sweat you personally created, then you’re gonna look in the mirror and see your body taking a new shape. Perhaps your mind too for that matter. NOW SMILE DANG IT! Let’s go.
