Class Description
When our brain recognizes an extended effort in the body, it purposefully attempts to reduce the exertion to allow for endurance. This class is designed to break that control by pushing our legs to new levels. There are intense intervals accompanied by long recovery riding. There are some great climbs throughout, so mount up and push beyond our limits!
