It takes us 27 minutes from the bottom to the top of a monster hill, and there’s only one way to crank out that final stretch… Adrenaline. To celebrate, at the top we toss our bikes down for a victory dance before diving into some killer Spin Drills; Jumps, Break Aways, Cadence Building and Resistance Loading.
