  Now that your service is in place let’s make sure you know how to use it to its fullest, get all your questions answered and we'll also give you some tips on how to engage your participants. Your account manager will get this on the calendar within the first week of your set-up and account activation. They will also do weekly check-ins for the first 30 days to make sure you have all the support you need and want.

• Get Your Downloadable Class Files as a Backup Plan.

  We suggest you request a couple of these files as a plan B. These are classes you can play offline as long as you are a current SSoD Commercial Licensee. For your day to day use you are granted permission to stream/play ANY classes in our class library for commercial purposes so long as you are a current SSoD Commercial Licensee. To requests these files please copy the links or send the class titles to onDemandSupport@studiosweat.com. They will then email you the links to download your selected classes.
