Maintain your SWEATy habits with your KOMrades by Tackling the Trainer and the HOW’s of the Week in our fun, 4-Week holiday challenge!
CHALLENGE
- Each Sunday you will get a different Trainer of the Week and Hundred of the Week (mini fitness challenge):
- Do 3 classes from the Trainer of the Week within 7 days
- Each class must be 25 minutes or longer to count towards your completed classes
- +….Any more you like! The more ya do, the more ya build lean muscle, the more ya burn fat, the healthier ya get, the better ya feel!!! But do remember to take a rest day each week.
- Do the Hundred of the Week (H.O.W.)
- Tips and fun inside information on each trainer (posted on the Private Facebook Group)
- Dates are November 30 – December 27 2020
- After each class, Comment on the class with #SSoDTackled<insert trainer name> (example #SSoDTackledCat) and/or post a pic with that hashtag to your personal FB or Instagram page and/or to this private challenge group page.
- There will be a private Facebook group to post progress, encouragement, and to see the Trainers of the Week and the H.O.W.!
