Most physical merchandise purchased on www.studiosweatondemand.com is warrantied by the manufacturer, and any defects in the product should be taken up with its respective manufacturer. Studio SWEAT onDemand (SSoD) offers a 30 day return or exchange policy on physical products purchased directly from SSoD, but the original cost to ship the item will not be refunded. Any shipping cost to return the item(s) is the responsibility of buyer and restocking fees apply. If the buyer refuses shipment of a product ordered, the buyer will not be refunded for the product or any shipping and handling costs. In this case the buyer will also be responsible for all shipping and handling fees SSoD incurs to return the item to SSoD or the manufacturer. Contact SSoD support to learn what your restocking fees are prior to returning any item. Returns must be received by SSoD or the Manufacturer within 30 days of the date the order was placed. If you return any items that are not received within the return window you will forgo rights to any refund. Exchanges or refunds will not be issued until the returned products have been safely received by the manufacturer or SSoD with no damage and must be brand new in original packaging condition.
