I went back to listen to this vlog for an update. so I take a multivitamin, but I am hearing more about Turmeric with bioperine for joint health. is there any research to back this up. I have looked, but I know you probably have access to more reputable sources. also wat types of probiotics are good to take, I know Kirkland brand, but I don't have a Costco near me, any other suggestions? also any thoughts on apple cider vinegar gummies that are now out. I used to drink apple cider vinegar in hot water with lemon for digestion, but it was harsh on my teeth and my stomach. Thank you!
