Hell Week Challenge: 1st week of January (2-8) -6 Workouts total, 5 Days of working out in the week and one has to be double in one day. Classes must be 30 minutes or more! $54 for local San Diego SWEATers. Free for onDemand New Year (INCLUDES ALL 6 CLASSES!).
New You Challenge: -4 week challenge | Begins Jan 9 | Minimum 3 workouts/week | At least 1 has to include strength training (all classes must be 30 minutes or more) +4 week nutrition plan. Free for local SWEATers. Minimal entrance fee for SSoDers (less than $20). Everyone who completes these challenges will be entered into a raffle for cool prizes!
